Exploring growing a business and starting a family
How networking, competition and badges lead to a more meaningful learning experience. When we decided to create ARU, we were very aware of what was lacking in current LMS’s and web-based training systems: they didn’t easily facilitate peer-to-peer learning experiences.
I am a small business owner from Canada living in Guatemala. In 2010 my incredible wife and I are expecting our first child, right when I’m planning to expand my business into Latin America and Asia. Obviously, the only thing to do was write a blog about these experiences (because I plan on having lots of free time …)
